At Georgian Bay Collective, we're a small Canadian business built by people who genuinely love Georgian Bay. Every order means a great deal to us, and we truly appreciate your support.
Shipping
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, although processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.
As a small business, we simply can't absorb the rising cost of shipping on every order. Rather than increasing the price of all our products to offer "free shipping," we've chosen to keep our apparel and goods as affordable as possible and charge shipping separately. This allows us to keep prices fair for everyone.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey.
Local Meet-Ups/Local Delivery
If you're local to the Georgian Bay area, we're always happy to arrange a local meet-up or delivery when possible. If you'd like to avoid shipping costs, please reach out before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Places we can meet up within 4-5 days:

-INNISFIL/BARRIE
-MIDLAND/PENETANG/TINY
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY in select area codes with a minimum of $50 purchase
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to make it right.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
If you're local, we're also happy to arrange a meet-up for returns or exchanges whenever possible.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging (where applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as we can.
